By downloading, installing, or using Zero to Nine ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Zero to Nine is a competitive puzzle game developed by K-PI Interactive. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the experience of other players.
The App uses anonymous authentication. Your player ID is generated locally and linked to your game data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. K-PI Interactive is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use.
You agree to play fairly and honestly. Use of cheats, hacks, exploits, or any third-party tools to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension. Abandoning matches repeatedly will result in temporary matchmaking bans.
Zero to Nine may offer optional in-app purchases including cosmetic items and season passes. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Purchases do not provide gameplay advantages.
All content within Zero to Nine including graphics, audio, game mechanics, and code is the intellectual property of K-PI Interactive. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
K-PI Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
K-PI Interactive reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

Zero to Nine collects minimal data necessary to provide the game experience. This includes: an anonymous player ID generated on your device, your chosen username and avatar, game statistics (wins, losses, ELO rating), and gameplay data (guesses, timing).
Your data is used to provide and improve the game experience, display leaderboards and rankings, match you with opponents, and enforce fair play policies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Game data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. Your player ID is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Zero to Nine uses Firebase (by Google) for database, authentication, and analytics services. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed through Firebase. We do not use advertising networks or sell data to advertisers.
Zero to Nine uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with Google, your email address, profile name, and profile photo are retrieved from your Google Account. Google's privacy policy applies to this data. We store these securely in Firebase and do not share them with third parties.
Zero to Nine is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
You may request deletion of your game data by contacting us. As data is linked to an anonymous ID rather than personal identity, deletion is permanent and irreversible. You may reset your profile within the app at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By using Zero to Nine, you agree to treat other players with respect. Harassment, abuse, or any form of discriminatory behaviour is prohibited. K-PI Interactive reserves the right to ban players who violate conduct standards.
You agree to play every match to the best of your ability. Deliberately losing matches, coordinating with opponents to manipulate rankings, or sharing puzzle solutions (for Solo Puzzle mode) undermines the integrity of the game and is prohibited.
Abandoning online matches without conceding properly is considered unsportsmanlike conduct. Repeated abandonment will result in ELO penalties and temporary matchmaking bans. Use the in-game Concede button if you need to leave a match.
Sharing your device or player account with others to artificially boost rankings is prohibited. Each player ID should represent a single individual player.
If you encounter a player violating these terms, you may report them through the App. K-PI Interactive will investigate reports and take appropriate action. False reports made in bad faith may result in action against the reporter.
K-PI Interactive may update game rules, ranking systems, and features at any time. Changes will be announced in-app. Your continued participation constitutes agreement to updated rules.
